<description>I don&#039;t know anyone in that area right now that has the qualifications you are looking for, and the people I do know aren&#039;t currently willing to relocate. I will definitely keep you in mind in the future if I hear of anyone looking. (I hid your contact information, let me know if you want it available on the site.)</description>

		<description>Congratulations David!

I came across your blog while searching for a Web Developer. I am wondering if you can help me in my search for a Web Developer in Memphis, Tennessee. The company is growing and hiring, which is amazing in this economy.

With your experience in web design and development, can you think of anyone who would be a strong Web Developer for our E-Commerce group. This person would develop and design new functionality, enhancements and edit existing pages for multiple web sites.

We’re looking for someone who is self-motivated, flexible and who works well in team environments.

Skills: PHP, HTML, DHTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript, AJAX as well as a fundamental understanding of the technologies involved in web development and how to implement them. Proven experience with large-scale web sites, UI design and information architecture and experience with JSP coding is desired.

Anyone you refer would be treated with respect and confidentiality. &lt;del datetime=&quot;2009-04-27T14:29:08+00:00&quot;&gt;My contact information is below.&lt;/del&gt; (Edited to prevent her email from getting spammed.)
